evinrude/johnson wont start only a bang ones every ca4 pulls?

i have a 25hp evinrude ca 76mob with some johnson parts

problem is to get it started.
Good comp ca 100psi in both silinders
sparks in both sparkplugs (new also)
i can make the exhaust go bang with a lighter

so im guessing its the timing?!?

i have changesed fule filter and lines
cleaned the carbs adjusted the nedel to 1,5 turns (and truyed litle up and down)

and some times i only get one bang every 2-6 puls or more depending on my adjustments

how can i duble cheak eks top piston on dead sett senter and ignision marks.

it seems to be almost to the far left in the end then ... is that right?

You may have the plug leads switched or you may have sheared the flywheel key.

ding ding ding... i thin your right about the flyweel key....

i remember now that guy was babeling about somthing that they had to weld a new bolt on it... i just thaught they ment the othere one (i got this one and 2 almost complete spere engins exept noe the carbs and one propeller.

i tryed to adjust it by eye and it almost cam ones or twise for 2 sec... and some times with a back fire

It seems that the previous owner sheared the top of the drive shaft off and then tried to weld it back on.While trying he effectively fried some of the electronic parts under the flywheel and sold you a very defective engine.
If you can do it,then take the spare engines that you were given and take them apart.then replace the drive shaft in your main and use the other spare parts to rebuild it.
It's either that or sell everything off for parts,because this engine will not run.
And please do warn your friends about this seller because he might have more crap that he wants to sell.

i spoke to him now he sayed that they took out the crankshaft and then driled a hole in a bench then taped the bolt in and welded butt i have 2 other cranksafts that i cud use...

i think the elektrikal is just dirty...and some rest glue/sewater protection

Rebuild her with a new crank. I would ask the PO for participation in the cost.

done with rebuild changed the cran... butt saw then the axel is in on the new crank is bigger
so now i have to rebuild it again with the third crank i have witch is the same size aksel hole in the botom

but i tryed it befor with the new crank it fired right up
so now im going out to change the crank .....again

jebb getting used to it... the only thing that inoid me is al the difrent sized bolt that they used som 8mm som 9mm , 10mm , 11mm ,13mm and philips and flat head...
second time only took ca 45min including the stripdown of the spere engin that had the crank on.

it fired right up but having to do som adjustments later. and need a new crank key it kepps braking the 2 old ones that i cud find were useles so i made one of alu.... lasted for about 2-6 starts etch time som im trying to buy a new one soon.

ps. i notis that i dident have any tell tell pee strem (holes) any were on the 2 spere engins? is it only on the exhaust?
and ween i fired it up i dindent hav any ? ps dident have it running for to long so i dont breaking for lack of cooling
