I can't figure out what the prop size is...the number 14 is clear.

Well, I se a 'J' and '1X1' and the 14, which makes no sense to me. Non-thru hub exhaust aluminum prop, what's it off of??

Looks like an early OMC stringer prop. I think they were all 14" diameter. Mine is a 14 X 18 and it is stamped on the side between two of the blades.

did the stringers have pins ? my 84 OMC 3.0 has thru exhaust.
Looks like a 25-50hp need the prop rotated a little counter-clockwise and another photo showing the entire prop,

also knowing the year, brand, and model of the engine would be helpful in addition to whats on the prop.

Bring or Send it to a Prop shop to be repaired, it will be better than new !!

It's an old Michigan wheel and it's probably been repitched to a 14.
