350 mercruiser not firing

i have a new 355 fresh mercruiser not firing im new to the forum, inboards,and this boat .key switch seems to be good i bought a new ignition sensor in the dist and not sure how to hook it up not sure where the wires for the coil go either they were took off when i got the boat help please.needing wiring diagram

This is for TB IV system
from the harness lead a purple and grey wire,purple to + side, grey to - side of the coli.
From the amplifier a purple and grey wire . they go exactly as the harness
White with red stripe goes to the right hand side stud of the dist, White with green stripe goes to the left side stud..
From that left stud is a White with green stripe that goes to the shift interupter switch.

yep thats the way i have it hooked up.and now the dash lights aren't coming on i went up to my old mans house to let him look at it and when i came back the engine won't crank over by the key.i can cross it over and it will crank digital meter showing 8.3 volts or close to that on the switch now . no power to the coil now this is confusing .what should i try next a new key switch ?
