how do you change the upper drive shaft on a 1997 johnson 200hp do you take the bolt out behind the water intake vents then pop the shaft out?

I have a 1997 200hp johnson with a 2o,, drive shaft i bought a lower unit with a 25,, drive shaft. What do i have to do to change the drive shafts out any help would be appreciated.

There is a special tool to pull the upper out and the new upper just pops in. No need to pull that bolt out. You could probably make your own puller once you see one.
