Force 15 compression

Does anyone have an idea of acceptable compression for a 1996 sears gamefisher 15 hp. I believe it is a force motor.

Anything over 80 psi and it should run.
100 or better is good.
125 is real good.

cylinders should be within 10-15# of each other.

Thanks, both read high 90's and I think my gauge may be reading +/- 10% low.

It does run now, at what point would you rebuild?

just hone and ring?
