hi I have a 1970 60hp evinrude model 60073B with a defective coil

part # 0580847coil assembly whichis being described as OBSOLETE in your

parts catlog and the I-net Is there a substatute or a work around or is it dumpster time?

please advise a triumph is waiting :(

I think that part number was replaced by 502884.
