Hello I recently aquired this motor on a runabout with key starting on the dash and manual choke. I have spark, fuel, but she still wont run. Went to FAQ and tried everything except i need some help with a possible flooding issue. Rebuilt the carb and replaced float needle but was unable to remove the seat, the old needle looked great. Should I have replaced this part? Are they a matched set? Help needed. Thanks.
