Well, I found out what was wrong with my boat (When I went to put it into gear the prop wouldn't turn). I took the outdrive off, and the two upper gears are totally stripped. I got my dig camera and took a photo so ya'll could see how bad they stripped out. I think my lower unit fluid leaked out somehow. I called around and it is going to cost about $250 to get it fixed (better than the lower unit, thank God!).
