Well, I found out what was wrong with my boat (When I went to put it into gear the prop wouldn't turn). I took the outdrive off, and the two upper gears are totally stripped. I got my dig camera and took a photo so ya'll could see how bad they stripped out. I think my lower unit fluid leaked out somehow. I called around and it is going to cost about $250 to get it fixed (better than the lower unit, thank God!). Here is the cheesy website with the picture of the stripped gears: http://hometown.aol.com/truetyler/myhomepage/profile.html

Photo of Stripped Upper Gears....

Well, that is just for the parts, no labor. A friend of mine is going to do the labor for me for free. I've found those two gears on the internet for the cheapest $179.00. I'm still searching. Here is the part # OEM #43-75325A3
