i have a 1986 mercury outboard 2 stroke straight 6 and all cyclenders are runing at 110 psi all have good spark and are all getting gas. just replaced fuel pump and lines and plugs but still bogs down and wont pick up when going. it starts right up and idles fine and goes right into gear but when you give it gas it just bogs and wont pick up. can anyone help?

Idle mixture is still just a bit too lean.

Adjust IN Forward gear while ON THE Water to best idle speed, then turn each mixture screw OUT almost 1/8 turn.

Test acceleration, if ANY hesitation or bog, then turn out just the width of the screwdriver slot and retest acceleration.

Keep at it til perfect.

Then enjoy the ride!
