Last week in Philadelphia Harbor there was a tragic accident between a Duck Tour Boat and a Tug and Barge which resulted in the death of two tourists on the Duck boat. As the NTSB conducts their investigation more and more facts are coming out. When they got around to interviewing the crew of the tug, it came out that the Mate that was at the wheel at the time took the 5th. The findings of the investigation could have various effects on the future of all of the Mariners involved...stay tuned.
