Alright I I was wondering if anyone could help me out....I was out on my boat when the stearing cable snapped and the motor snapped to the side and hit the back of the boat... we replaced the cable and now when the motor runs it seems like it is stuck in choke...but choke isn't....my thought was maybe the carberator is clogged....please any info would be most grateful
