Manuals can be had here at iboats or you can try Ebay if money is tight.
Outboards are pretty low compression engines and run fine on regular gas, you may need to change your gas line since they have started adding alcohol to fuel, older gas lines don't like and deteriorate pretty quick, also get at least a fuel filter on it, water seperater is better.
Unless it has been unhooked you should have an oil tank somehwere on the boat, normally back by the engine.
