I have a 2009 glastron gt205 with stock bimini. I put a MT1 tower on it and the bimini will not fit. The dealer wants $675 to customize it. Any ideas would be great. Thanks Jon

Hi, depends on where you are, I got my modified and cost me $600 Au,
Not worth it, you have to shorten all the legs and then recover the roof.
I'm taking mine off and having one custom made Flat top Wake Tower Bimini for
$600, Scroll down to see the Flat Water Covers, Bimini

http://wake.com.au/index.php
-----------------------------------------
If your in the USA you can get a Monster Cargo Bimini for $599

http://shop.monstertower.com/p-103-cargo-rack-bimini.aspx

The custom made is what i want, I wasted my $$$ getting the old one modified.
and the Flat top will look better and give you more arm room.

I custom fit mine. I had to cut a couple inches off the bottom legs also had to adjust the sliders and straps, you can see I had to tie the strap in the back to make them shorter. It took me about 20 minutes I still think I have some room to adjust it a little better later on if i want.

I did the same thing to mine. I bought a new one off ebay for 160.00 shipped and cut off 2 inches from the bottom legs and mounted it to the windsheild. Works perfect and looks custom fit to the boat and tower.......

How did you secure it to the windshield? What kind of brackets did you use? Thanks for all the input. Jon
