Am having issues with my newly purchased 200 Mercury 5 HP 2 stroke outboard. Using the internal tank just to get her going. Replaced the Fuel Filters and Spark plugs. Mixed the fuel properly. She starts for a few seconds then dies when she idles. Then go through a 20 minute period of not starting, then does the same thing. New to outboards, help please!
