I recently purchased a used boat. I haven't even taken it out yet and I have a potential gas/oil leak. Aside from a water test over 1 week ago this boat has been sitting in my driveway. I walked outside the other day to find a gas/oil mix sitting on the concrete. I traced the leak back to the fuel line that is connected to the top of the fuel pump and then runs back out of the cowling (basically the line parallel alongside the fuel line connector). For the life of me, I can't figure out why this would even have pressure or gas/oil in it if the motor hasn't been run and I currently have the fuel line disconnected.

I have checked the lines and they appear to be fine, no dry rot/holes/cracks. I'm hoping that I can attribute this to some kind of pressure build up/venting considering it's been near 100 degrees for the past 4days here. Is it normal for some gas/oil mix to seep out of this line? Is there a way I can vent it when not in use? Please help, I want to take my baby out, but not worry that it's going to explode!!!!
