went to purchase a used car once..crawled underneath and someone used expanding spray can foam to seal up an oil leak LOL!! kinda looks like that stuff ???

It's either the outdrive-lower unit, engine bracket, manifold, or a shopping cart?

Hi all, finally I know what is ti, is not an alien, or any strange substance from the outer space or outer sea is . . . The anode on the stern bracket . .

Should i replace it?, :)

I was going to say anode. Do some research before you replace it, there are different types for salt water and freshwater.

Either clean it or replace it. Looks like you've had some serious electrolysis going on there, but better the anode than your hull. I'd keep an eye on that from now on and clean it with a wire brush so it'll keep doing it's job.
