I have a 595c.

My waypoints seem to have moved. Some of my points that I used to mark fishing spots have drifted on to land! How can this happen? Does the gps need to be calibrated?

No calibration needed. Did you have a map offset and possible hit "restore defaults" or loaded new firmware? or change the referance type? (can't think of the parameter name right now)

For clarity, is it just the unit showing the waypoint on land? or the actual waypoint you saved is now on physical land? If the waypoint was saved and you only had a 2D lock, and you returned, and now have an "enhanced" (WAAS) lock, might explain it. How many feet from where you actually marked, and where it is trying to tell you to go?
