Good luck, I've yet to find a good set and I've owned 20 or more of that era Starcraft boat.
I usually end up filling the holes with JB Weld, sanding them smooth and putting on two vinyl decals. Those emblem plates were fragile when new, and age only made them more brittle. Even if you find a nice original set, their most likely dried up or brittle from age.
I'd hang in there for a while yet, it's probably not long before someone gets the idea to start remolding them in resin.
I've considered it myself but have yet to find a perfect set to make molds from. Besides, vinyl is cheap, easy to replace, and won't break off if it bumps the dock.
