I have a 98 Force 120hp outboard, I've had trouble Idling and restarting after idling, or taking off from an idle after a short time. I replace the spark plugs which were obviously fouled, and it ran much better but quickly went back to it's crappy habbit. I plan to change the fuel filter as soon as I find a part number (I have no decent marina near by.) Any help with a part # or other ideas would be helpful!
