Hi have a few questions about my 68 evinrude lark x 40 hp. Its model number is 40872A so i think its a 1968.
The black wires coming from the points, is it suppose to have power to them to run, or are they suppose to be grounded to kill the engine, or are they suppose to be touched together to kill the engine.
The carb slow speed jet, how many turns should i have this out and how would i count these turns. I am ussually into bikes and its just a screw but this screw is a bit different.
