Compatability of Power Steering Parts

I'm putting together a 1999 Four Winns 214 with a 5.0 and Volvo Penta outdrive and many of the steering components are missing. I founs a power steering cylinder on ebay and was wondering if anyone out there can help me out with compatability of this component. Been through the workshop manual, but can't seem to find any reference to part numbers. Below is what is up for sale
