hey all. bought my first boat today. 1986 thundercraft citation mercruiser 3.0 inboard/outboard with omc outdrive boat is in GR8 shape! just about stole it! has what seems to be a live well under front left seat. while cleaning and scrubbing, it filled with water. has a drain going directly to hull and WILL NOT drain. have tryed everything short of taring it apart. any suggestions ? is there a pump inside thats not working or am I just a dumb first boat owner ???
