I recently bought a 1988 Bayliner Cobra with a 125 Force. I went to start it and found that I wasn't geting spark. I jumped a wire to the magneto and found that when applying voltage to the magneto, several fuses blow. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike
Supplying hot to a magneto is just shorting it out.It's gonna blow stuff.
Start with kill switch.Then flywheel magnet(they come un-glued).
Then do tests on the stator and then trigger.Then the keyway in the flywheel.J
