ok i got the lower unit off to change the water pump ... now that i have changed it and im putting the unit back on ... it doesnt seem to catch into gear. ... my manual sys to keep it in forward i havent changed it....
but it doesnt want to go in reverse or even neutral ...
if i play with the shift rod through the side hole it goes in neutral ... but that isnt right ...
how do i make sure it is catching right?
