Hi, I'm not an expert on engines or even close to knowledgeable. I do however feel comfortable taking things apart and putting them back together.

That said, if you take the sparkplugs out and turn the key you can see water spraying out the sparkplug hole.

Is it possible for me to take the head off and check the gasket to see if it is bad? Obviously it could be the head or block, I'm just hoping its the gasket.

Any tips for someone willing to pull the head off? If I do, and I see that the gasket is cracked, is it as simple as putting it all back together with a new gasket? I do understand that the head needs to be torqued on.

Any suggestions or tips??

Thanks!

Easy enough to do, but don't delay. That water is doing damage in there, rusting bearings.
