Re: fuel filter
The filter is in the bowl of the fuel pump. The service manual link in the above post is where to go, then manual #26.
Is this really an inboard, or an IO?
It would also be a very good idea to install a water seperating fuel filter between the tank and the engine. Then, it's a simple job to replace the element yearly. Plus it keeps water out of your fuel pump and carb. Something the filter in the fuel pump does not do.
