What type of boat is this?

I picked this boat up a few months ago for FREE and I finally have time to start working on it/ restorign it. The only problem is that I don't know what type it is. I'm new to boating and could really use some help on this one. Does anyone know what this is? I know its 19ft and I think from the 70s.

Post the serial # and somebody will be able to tell you all about it. Probably located on transom, upper stbd. Or on any paperwork you have.

the make is not on any paperwork that came with the boat??

No I do have the title for hte boat but it doesn't make any sense to me. I run the Serial number ( MSZ00914F393) and it comes back as a 1993 Massachusetts Custom Boat but the title also says that it is a 1972 Columbia Open Boat. I can't find any pictures or anything of a 1972 Columbia thats not a sail boat. Which still leaves me at what type of boat is this??

do you see an actual hin(hull id #) on the boat. usually on the right rear stamped in

yea the HIN is 27114035 but I ran that too and it comes up with nothing

Restore it,
Its gonna need stringers, transom and deck, the rest is just interior work.

Looked through the Lonestars and Chrysler boats and still no luck

Whats involved with doin the stringers, transom, and deck. And what is the best way to go about doing a project like this. Im new to boats and need all the advice I can get

My boat is supposedly a 72 and Lonestar was sold to Chrysler in 69 but Ill look into it again... my title could be wrong for all I know. Thanks

Cheapboatkev turns out you were 100% right and my title is so far in left field its not even funny. My boat is a 1963 Lonestar Imperia. Thanks for all your help.

Read up on other resto jobs, do a lot of reading and asking.
