1999 Evinrude w/no electrical power

I have a 2000 Lund w/the Evinrude 115 proudly mounted. I cannot start her up. Everything else is powering up (lights, bilge, sonar, etc) but no starting power to the engine. I cannot even use the trailer trim tabs on the side of the engine. There is no power whats so ever?

I replaced the battery, checked wires, fuses, etc. Now I'm kind of stuck.

Did you check the fuse under the cowl? 20 amp I think.

I dont think so? I checked fuses on the boats panel but nothing on the engine itself. Is there easy access?

Pull the cowling and look for the plastic box with several wires, should have several fuses ... ;)
