Ok I know this is my first post, but been reading for ever on here n ow.

OK heres the deal, rebuilt the carbs runs much better, all new fuel lines. New controls because my box was screwed, with the new box it even better.

The problem I am having is some times it idles and sometimes it dont, I think its just not adjusted right yet on idle.

The main problem is At WOT It wont plane out for a long time, Like a mile or two. Its like theres throttle but not enough power? does this make sense?

Also getting terrible fuel mileage About 1 gal to 1 to 1.5 miles. I did put a new fuel pump on. I have a battery gauge and it doesnt appear to be charging the battery when running, although havent put the meter on it yet. A guy I talked to said Stator, I dont wanna waste that kinda money guessing.

Any help is appreciated.

If it's taking that long to get on plane you need to check the comprestion on your motor, if that's not it could also be that your boat is water logged or the pitch on the prop is not right for the size boat you have it on

I went out today and it got up on plane real quick and did great, so I think its the prop. I need to go down one size right?
