I have a 36 volt 775V Beast that has started not working when you hit the switch sometimes. This is happening periodically but is getting worse. When this happens I can hear it clicking the relay on the circuit board. After hitting the switch several times it would start working but sometimes it did not give it full power. I have checked all the connections and I have checked voltage at the switch and I have 36 volts. I have also checked the voltage when you hit the switch and it drops on the hot side to almost nothing. I have unhooked all the wiring from the circuit board and wired it direct and the motor runs on high just fine. Trying to figure out if it is the circuit board or inside that actual motor. I have also checked the switch out and it is fine.
