Alright...my fuel guage is giving me issues. I can't trust it any more. Where is the sendng unit located?

Mine is doing the same thing. When I'm moving fast it says I'm 1/4 fuller than when I slow down...and it bounces a 1/4 higher than what it really is.

On top of the fuel tank...

You should have an access point to it somewhere on your boat. Mine is right below my rear cooler storage compartment. 6 screws hold my cover on, I would think yours should be something similar.

My gauge bounces around a bit too. A range of about 1/4 tank. I've assumed that the true reading is the bottom end of the fluctuation since that is where it stays when I'm sitting still.

I've never owned a brand new boat, so can't say if they're supposed to hold steady or not.

ThreeMile, does your needle hold steady?

Mine fluctuates as well in my 2010. As I come to a plane it increases about an eighth of a tank from where it is when I'm sitting still. My plan is to refuel between a half and a quarter of a tank and take no chances. A 56 gallon tank gives me some wiggle room
