I have a 1978 evinrude 55hp with a prestolite tilt ya-5012. The problem i have is that it goes up really slow. I have the motor on the tilt check and it is ok. The motor works fine when it is not connect to the cyclinder. When it is it works fine going down but when it tries to go up it is really slow and acts as if the battery is about dead. Can anyone help
