I read on here some where that mercury marine would help you identify the model number for your force outboard by cross referencing the casting numbers. They probably can if they wanted but I promise you they dont want to. It took less than five minutes for them to tell me to have a nice day, click.
If you can still read the model number on your motor ingrave it on the block. If you overheat it and melt off the sticker like I did you will not be able to get the parts to rebuild it.
