so i bought a 1988 bayliner capri and this lady before she sold the boat she wanted it to look nice, lol she painted the deck stipe its about 4 inches wide all the way around over the original bayliner blue. took it out on the water last night its still rubbery and some started to come off. i want it off anyone have ideas hows to get it all off easy and safe was tremclaid paint
