The engine, when cold, using the choke, will start on the first or second pull.
I push the choke in and it will only run for 5-10 seconds then stall. At this point it is flooded, usually with gas leaking out of the top of the carb.
If I let it sit for a while, I'll try starting again, and this time not using the choke, I'll go to full throttle and it eventually starts. Once its running it starts on the first pull and runs great. It only seems to have a problem when cold and needing the choke
