OMC wont start without high throttle

I have a 1994 Four Winns with an OMC Cobra EFI engine. The other day we were out on the water and the engine started to vibrate, I could feel something was wrong with the way she was running. As I pulled back on the throttle the engine stalled. I got her started again by puttin it in nuetral and pushing up the throttle, she would only run at a certain # of rpm's any time she drops below about 2500 she will stall. Now the boat is at the dock and the only way I can start her is to give the engine wide open throttle in nuetral, and when I pull it back it stalls. I checked fuel pressure and it is fine, added some new gas and dry gas which was no help. Anyone have any ideas, very much appreciated?

Need to check spark on all cylinders, and make sure all plug wires are on snugly. I would also remove and check the color of each plug, and maybe do a compression check. -- Simple basics.

Yes...if he has a choke on an EFI, he definitely has a big problem.
