I have a 15pitch prop on there now, at about 5000 rpm WOT I get 35mph....

Could I increase the pitch to get a little more speed?

Re: Bayliner force 125 prop

Your allready near the botton of your rpm range.Increasing pitch will lower even more.We need a lot more info. Before any prop change read the stickies at the top of the page and the helps on the prop store page. Your antivent(cavitation) plate just above the prop should be about even with the bottom of the boat measure with a straight edge along the side the keel.Be sure the motor is in excellent tune and the throttle plates open all the way.Bottom clean and smooth.Prop excellent.
