Total novice here - Hoping I can fix if this is truly an issue, I don't normally work on outdrives, but can follow directions

I have a 2000 Four Winns Horizon 210 with a 5.7 liter Volvo Penta, SX on the outdrive.
I just notice some clear oil (looks like gear oil?) around the prop. When I looked up into the prop, it appears as though a very small amount is coming out through the small hole at the bottom when looking up through into the prop.
Is this something to be concerned about? The fin below the prop has a very thin shin of oil on it.
One more thing... I just noticed after scrapping the bottom of the foot on my drive way when I was backing it in... Oooops! Could I have jarred it enough to cause a slight leak? Honestly it looks like its been there for a while
