Fuel Pump/wiring problem

1997 Starcraft Islander with 4.3L with carburetor.
Fuel pump runs only when start switch is in start position.
Engine will run for a short time then stop, starving for fuel.
Fuel pump works need to know what supplies power to fuel pump when in run mode. Does anyone have wiring diagram for this boat?

You have to give advise to at least 100 people on this forum in whatever area of expertise you posses before We give up important information like that.:D

Head on over to the Adults only section and download your manual. Wiring diagrams are in there.

Ayuh,... In Run Mode, it's supplied by the igntion circuit, through an oil pressure switch, possibly located down low, mid-way the portside of the motor block...
Or atleast Mercruisers of that vintage are,...

You don't say What you've got....
