If you don't know how old it is, it's time to replace it. The get stiff and take a set, and you don't want the fins breaking off and clogging your cooling system. Don't have pics, but there is a seal under the water pump, a shift rod seal, which is an o-ring under a brass bushing, a propshaft seal and large o-ring which goes around the bushing, and the seals on the drain and vent bolts (where you change the oil). There is also a little o-ring on the shift pivot bolt (that little phillips head bolt which many remove by mistake to drain the oil). And a spaghetti seal which goes between the skeg and the lower unit case.
