I have a 3hp johnson 1962, my problem is it runs good at medium and high speed but it wants to stall at trolling speed. the carb. has been cleaned and has new gaskets and float. I have adj. the low speed screw the best I can. it runs the best at about a half a turn open. the motor has 80 psi on both cyl. I"m at a loss, please help.
