Hi folks. I have a 1993 Regal Valanti with a volvo penta 4.3 engine. For some reason the fuel pump whines and basically coninues to run after I shut the engine off. In fact it runs until I disconnect the battery. However it doesn't pupm gas... it cant be because before I noticed it it ran my battery completely dead however my tank was still full and the engine wasn't flooded. Also about the same time the engine started dying on me after running hard tubing or running across the lake. OKay well any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks
