What pressure should i test manifolds and risers?
Does it make sense to heat them up with a torch while pressurized or will the air pressure find any problems without the heating??

Thanks,
Mike

you're probably better off taking them to an engine shop that has the proper equipment. you will have to pull them anyway & it's not that expensive to have the pros do it.

It wo'nt really matter what psi you run them up to. If you have a leak, you will see it pretty quick. Most freshwater cooling systems will run 14 to 25 psi ,so there is the guideline.Don't heat the manis up with a torch as that will be decidedly uneven and might send you chasing you tail.
