We have a 1985 Johnson VRO 60 that is very hard to start when the engine is cold. Once it has started I can turn it off and it will re-start with no problem. Last season I had to flip the red switch on what Iwas told is a primer on the side of the engine and it would start fine, this year that does not seem to be working. Is that part bad or could it be something else?
