Need mid section exhaust tube for "68 Mercury. Please help.

I previously posted a question, but was informed by my family I didn't post all the right information (what happens when they let me research things :)

We have a 1968 Mercury 1250 Thunderbolt 125 hp- Inline 6- 2 stroke Long shaft serial # 2315695. We are in need of the mid section exhaust tube that connects upper exhaust tube to the lower unit.

Before I asked if other exhaust tubes could be used on this model. Does anyone know if this is the case (now that all my information is correct) and where I can get one. There are some different years on e-bay, but they look different in shape.

These should be easy to find as they fit a ton of earlier inline engines, look at some of the older dealer or used motor lots. This tube was used on all the 8 bolt powerheads which include: 65,80,85hp 4 cylinder, 115,125,135hp 6cylinder engines.

Nice little search feature I found at boats-dot-net.

Enter a Merc part number and it will display all the different years and models the part was used on. Very handy, but not sure how accurate it is.
