I have a 17 ft Triumph with a stainless steel bow rail that surrounds the casting deck of the bow. I was told I could not put a motor up front because It would not be able to deploy the motor. I refuse to think something is impossible. I want to put the Minn Kota Terrova with i-pilot on it. Anyone have any mounting options for tight spaces? or experience with the minn kota troll-n-tabs and how good or bad they are?

I don't know what your bow looks like.. I kept the railing on my 1971 starcraft
supersport but put a gap in the railing with extra support ...also added
ss bullet end caps
