1995 Johnson V6 Throttle up Problem

OK...still having some issues with my 95 Johnson. Thought I had it fixed when I found a broken hose from the airbox to the carbs. Then found oily plugs. Then found very small crack in the primer bulb. Fixed and relaced all of these issues. Fired right up in the driveway. Took her out and it ran pretty good the first time. Last night got her out again........fish are really biting now on Allatoona!!!........and she hesitated right off the bat when I hit the throttle on first throttle up. Kept the engine going and tried to ease into the throttle again. It died and it took 30 minutes to get her up and running. Finally got it started and it ran pretty good for the night. It always hesitates and jumps at first throttle up. If I can get it past this, it seems to run OK....not great....but OK. Had it WOT and it ran..........I did notice a little jump at one point last night during my run back to the dock.
Any suggestions or thoughts are appreciated as usual !!!!
