I have 1 '93 Bayliner 3058 Command Bridge and after a summer and a half of pulling up the anchor by hand, I figgured that it was about time to get a windlass. The model i'm looking at is the horizontal Lewmar 1000 Pro Series.
My problem is that I'm not sure how I would mount the unit onto my boat.
I have a rough sketch on paint of what the bow of my boat looks like (no pics sry) the broken line around it all represents about where my anchor locker extents below the hatch.
Any suggestions/pictures of examples would be FANTASTIC! Thanks all.
