A friend of mine is in the market for a new boat. He is interested in a center console in the 21-23' range. He went to the boat show here in NY and looked at a few: Sea Pro, Pro-Line, Stripper (SeaSwirl) and Aqua Sport. We are interested in your opinion of these manufacturers. Any pro's or con's? All opinions are welcome.........

All of those are decent designs. Dunno if it would fit in your budget, but I would add Sailfish to the list.One of the more obvious differences among the various boats will be transom configuration. Some will have the traditional notch for the motor, some an integrated step (or euro style), some may even have a bracket hanging out back. All of these have pros and cons. Some folks have strong preferences. I just bumped up another thread that goes into this in more detail - Transom design It would be interesting to hear some of the prices you saw at the show.Kelly Cook
