Is there a timing adjustment and is there a way that my throttle linkage could be out of adjustment on my 57 18hp evinrude? It was very smooth when I ran it on the water but just felt underpowered for an 18 hp. Ive had theignition plate off, not sure if I knocked it out of timing or adjustment. I really appreciate any information you could give me.
